IBPS PO Interview Experience
Government jobs for banks aren’t it one of the most satisfying jobs among the others sectors too. Yes definitely it is after all the exams that give recruitment to the banking jobs. Talking about the IBPS which is the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts exams every year annually in order to place the recruitment that are for the Public Sector Banks. And No only for these banks but also for their Regional Rural Banks.
There is a good ratio of girls and boys that appear for the exam. Also it is really necessary for them to clear the exam in order to enter the phase 2. It is very much obvious that the government exams are not easy to crack and certainly comes with two phases. First is to clear the written exam and then to clear the interview part.
Well talking about interview then it is really difficult to crack as you are directly facing the faculty member and somehow it really becomes difficult for you to crack and answer even the known things. So one must be calm and do not panic
Here is an example of an interview experience we’d given word by word description of the interviewer and the interviewee. The girl named Rashmi Singh Chauhan had an interview at Noida, sec-62.
- Tell me something about you.
- Why banking after B.Tech.
- How can your engineering be helpful in banking?
- They asked me frankly what all you have prepared for interview
- They asked NPA in detail
- Asked family background
- Father’s occupation
- Latest schemes…
- Difference between demand draft and cheque
- Do u use plastic card?
- Financial year beginning date?
- When there was boom in IT sector?
SO, prepare well for the exam and answer each question asked in the interview very confidently. The questions are often based on general topics and things which helps the judges to understand your capability.
